Returns requested after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an incorrect product was sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (if applicable) or via an agreed alternative in the case of cash on delivery orders

Damaged or Defective Items

Exchanges
